Rocket Baby Bakery has been baking for East Tosa since 2012, when Geoff and Shannon Trenholme opened its doors on North Avenue. Everything is made from scratch daily, using local ingredients where possible. The case is filled with European-inspired, naturally leavened hearth breads and baguettes, flaky croissants and Danishes, sweet and savory scones, muffins, and cookies, and the cafe pours espresso drinks and serves sandwiches. Its baguettes even turn up at neighboring businesses. Swing by for a morning pastry and coffee, or pick up a loaf for dinner.
