Maggio’s Wood Fired Pizza is a family-run, counter-service pizzeria owned by Jeremy and Emily Maggio. The couple started with a mobile wood-fired pizza trailer before opening this East Tosa restaurant in 2023. Neapolitan-style 10-inch pies come out of a wood-fired oven that Jeremy built himself and decorated with tomato-can lids from his catering days. Favorites include the Margherita, Fig & Prosciutto, and jerk chicken pizzas, along with garlic bites, sandwiches on house-baked bread, and gelato. Order online for pickup or grab a table.
