If your feed has been full of a certain chicken caesar wrap lately, you’re not alone. Milwaukee Record went to find out whether Crafty Cow’s TikTok-famous wrap lives up to the hype, and the verdict is a resounding yes. The redesigned wrap piles breaded and fried chicken tenders, diced lettuce, plenty of caesar dressing, and a generous snowfall of Parmesan into a big tortilla that gets crisped on the flat top. The reviewer called it a top-three menu stunner.

The numbers back it up: sales jumped from about 300 wraps a month to more than 3,000, making it the menu’s new best seller and letting Crafty Cow add server and kitchen jobs across its locations, including the one right here on North Avenue.
