Get ready to welcome a new neighbor to North Avenue. Tosa News reports that Lived In, a gift shop and event space from Wauwatosa resident Carly Hurley, is planned for the storefront at 6528 W. North Ave. The vision blends retail and community: gift merchandise and coffee during shop hours, plus a rentable space for baby showers, bridal showers, community group meetings, and workshops.

Hurley has been working through the city approval process for a conditional use permit, telling Tosa News, “The City of Wauwatosa has been very responsive.” We love seeing new concepts choose East Tosa, and we’ll be cheering Lived In on as it comes together. Read the full story at Tosa News →
